Project Management and Consulting

Since its establishment, Interior Partnership Group has been involved in a variety of capacities in a large number of projects for a wide range of customers. Over the years we have gained extensive knowledge and experience that is applied every day to continuously improving the way we do business and how we help our customers.

We take great pride in the Interior Partnership Group Project Delivery System, a method by which we address a customer’s objectives, develop a plan, implement it, honor budgets and schedules and bring the project to completion. Along the way, we use our experience to anticipate and avoid problems, address environmental and safety concerns, keep the project focused and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.

All this is what we call “project management.” Here’s what we do:

  • Strategic Facility Planning
Using Stratigic Facility Planning techniques, Interior Partnership Group works with facilities and operating groups to assit them in matching their facilities with their operational needs to maximize the value of their facilities through a complete facility evaluation, improved space utilization and increased productivity and communication.
  • Project feasibility
Interior Partnership Group reviews every aspect of a project to make sure it’s being done in the best and smartest way possible. That’s done through cost analysis and cost segregation. Evaluations are presented, recommendations are made.
  • Pre-construction stage
Once project scope and requirements have been set, a Project Team is selected to supervise the project through completion. The Team starts by developing a master schedule that incorporates all the project factors, tracks ordered materials and flags long-lead items. The Team stays on the job full-time, on-site, representing customer interests.
  • Construction phase
Throughout construction, the Project Team monitors and coordinates all construction activities to facilitate and expedite shop-drawing approvals, change orders, claims and building inspections.
  • Management and recording systems
The Project Team keeps a daily log of all project activity on and off the site. The master schedule is integrated with the general contractor’s schedule to control time and costs. As the project winds down, the Interior Partnership Group team prepares a "punch list" with the customer, which is addressed before close-out.
  • A word about quality control
Quality is a mind set in our company. Interior Partnership Group insists upon quality workmanship in accordance with all drawings, every specification and good construction practices. A formal Quality Assurance Program is in place with every employee well aware of our emphasis on quality. Rest assured, that quality focus is a priority on every project.
  • Facility move/relocation logistics
Interior Partnership Group is able to plan, manage and coordinate the relocation of machinery, equipment, furniture, phone and data systems. We are very familiar with the logistical complexities of major moves and can supply the necessary personnel to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Consulting
Interior Partnership Group can also serve as an objective sounding board and as your representative. You may be working with another company on your project, but you may want a knowledgeable professional on your side acting on your behalf. We’re ready to assume that role and make sure your interests are addressed. We’ll work for you to make sure things go your way.
